Happy Solstice!

This is the peak of our year, as we faithfully pick Amanita Muscaria and commune with our beloved Soma. To celebrate Solstice, we're adding a visionary art section.

Greetings from Somadise!

Hawk just completed a seven day fast (in addition to his every- other-day fasting regime). To celebrate and venture into the Soma consciousness ecstasy zone, he ate four large dried Muscaria throughout the day. He was flying high and in great spirits as he communed with his spiritual friends and allies from Soma paradise. This was a ceremonial Soma Shaman's dose, not recommended for average use!

Our personal supply, as always, is collected, prepared and consumed using the sacred laws and ancient Shamanic techniques to ensure the harmonious joining of energies. We share more of our secrets of Soma in our upcoming book. Stay tuned... it's almost ready for print!

We're celebrating summer with my heavenly Soma fudge. Hawk added 6 oz of his dried powdered Muscaria root (shamanically prepared) to my favorite fudge recipe. A small square of this treat is all we need for a wonderfully smooth high!

We're busy typing the last couple of chapters and putting the finishing touches on our book so we haven't stopped to update or even go collecting Soma in almost two months. Good thing we've had a lot of splendid frozen Soma for our Super Deluxe Shroom Smoothies. It's almost as strong as fresh Soma. Also we've been smoking our spirit pipe with a wonderful Shamanic blend of Soma, cannabis and a secret herb that compounds the power of the blend. Stay tuned!

We're travelling hundreds of miles a week, seeking our Red Soma (Muscaria) before the season ends. Harvesting Amanita shamanically takes care and one must be purified. Hawk not only adheres to his rigid every other day fasting regime (began in the summer of 1999), he added ten consecutive days. Hawk tries to fast about 201 days a year.

So, after a five hour drive through bigtime mudslides and stormy weather, Hawk was hopping fences and trudging through woods to pick Soma on his 8th fast day! Quite a testament to his super willpower and the blessings of Soma chi!

The Jainist, a religious order in India are keepers of the records of ascetics. They regard anyone who fasts every other day for one year as an elite ascetic. If you fast an additional three more days, its like a graduate course of development in ascetism. This makes Hawk a world class ascetic. On the 7th day of his fast, I saw a white aura surrounding his body as he lay resting on the bed. A beautific expression was on his face. As I looked at his serene presence, I realized I was witnessing his holy transformation.

I asked Hawk why he never kept a fasting journal and he said "A fast is to me, like a heavy burden that I pick up, then I carry with me until I set it down. I wouldn't want to discuss it because the pain and suffering endured is something that I combust into Spiritual Fire. Pain is the illusion that plagues our existence. When you know only God you are pain free. Concentrate upon the Holy One and escape from the illusion of the self." (Hawk, 1-17-03)

Extreme fasting is one of the many austerities Hawk practises for spiritual purification to shamanically handle our beloved Soma.

We, Hawk and Venus have put up this website, made our video and are writing our book as a labor of love for Soma, because there is so much conflicting, misleading advise and misinformation about how to use Amanita. Even though we intended to live out our existence in seclusion and Soma bliss and keep our secrets to ourselves, the overwhelming interest and necessity for valid information has become too strong for us to overlook any longer.

We're getting a lot of mail from people who want to try Amanita but are afraid. There are too many mycophobic web sites posing as informative, unbiased resources who speak with authority and have little or no experience. Their message is meant to repel or frighten people with ignorance, lies and myths or on the other extreme, strongly advise inferior methods of preparation and suggest overdose measurements that could be life threatening.

The last straw for us came when we discovered an irresponsible vendor who actually sells and is looking for people to supply him with lethal varieties such as phalloides and Virosa! ("Destroying Angel of Death") And death would be welcome after experiencing the agonizing hell of the poisonous kiss of Virosa.

Since we only use our own spiritually harvested mushrooms and gifts from our Soma friends around the world, we have never purchased dried Amanita online and can't recommend any sources at this time. (We'd like to hear about anyone's experience with these mushrooms)If you use these vendors, We urge you to use great care and buy specimen quality MUSCARIA ONLY!!! To our knowledge commercial vendors aren't picking shamanically and so you have to deal with their vibes on the shrooms if you don't know how to detox negatively charged ones as Hawk does.

Perhaps someday people will remember how to treat Amanita and know that you have to be a spiritual master to pick Amanita. The knowledge of a completely trained spirit is necessary to safely pick a mushroom and enjoy the trip.

You can follow bad advise and have a disappointing, unpleasant or deathly experience with negatively vibrating mushrooms or if you are ready to put out the effort to gain access to higher spiritual knowledge with Blessed pure Soma, read our site and buy the video.

Its the best way we have at present to guide and show you how we successfully use and prepare Amanita as well as a wealth of practical tips and life saving advise in case of overdose. Its a small price to pay for ancient wisdom and to set the mind at ease for a safe trip.

We hope our message will keep people safe and also find those who sincerely seek admittance to the Garden of Paradise, so we may honor and protect the Spiritual Essence of Soma by revealing some of our knowledge.
